Taber Residence Of Gulfport FL

Phase one of the project involved accommodating the client on-site during construction. It included two bedrooms, an entertainment room, and a new kitchen/pantry. Phase two will commence immediately after the completion of phase one.

This was the old Joseph Rutlidge Home on its original site near Lagrange GA. Despite being built in 1886 this house was not on the National Register of Historic  Places so this allowed us to relocate this jewel from the remaining 7 acres of the old Rutlidge estate to a new 200 acre site.

Our  scope was to take this Greek Revival working farm house and design a new foundation for the new site, add two master bedroom suites and give it all the modern conveniences while keeping its elegant traditional charm.  Photo courtesy  of Georgia State University / University Library 

Addition and renovation to a Midcentury Modern single family residence located in South Tampa. Total interior makeover including a 531 S.F. addition consisted of a new Master Bedroom Suite and Laundry Room. We created a "Butterfly Roof " and used glass block in the master bathroom providing beautiful and private natural lighting.
